4.1 Currency. All transactions on phdraem are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdraem does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies through standard account transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phdraem currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Mobile, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (deposit only), and Cebuana Lhuillier (deposit only). Payment method availability may change and phdraem reserves the right to add or remove payment options with or without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. These minimums are subject to change; current applicable minimums are always displayed on the cashier page within your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash for verified accounts submitted before the daily processing cutoff are typically processed same-day. 11.1 By phdraem. phdraem reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete required verification; or regulatory requirements. In the event of termination for cause, phdraem may withhold balances pending investigation.
11.2 By You. You may close your phdraem account at any time by submitting a closure request through the account settings page or contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of phdraem must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
